We normally process and ship orders Monday through Friday and within two business days of receipt, but sometimes can take up to ten days for orders to be shipped. Orders received after 2 PM MST weekdays or anytime during weekends and holidays are entered to begin processing upon the next working business day. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock or on back-order, a customer service representative will contact you.
Usually 3 to 5 business days after order processing for non-expedited orders. Our standard method of shipment is via USPS ground. Transit times may differ between shipments to commercial and residential destinations based on USPS Delivery services.
Any order containing pepper spray or other related aerosol spray product is limited to ground transportation delivery service within the continental U.S. due to air transportation regulations requiring additional shipping charges and handling fees. Due to state specific restrictions, personal defense sprays will not be shipped to residents in NY, MA, DC, and other states. Other restrictions may apply. Residents in NY, MA, DC may purchase Reflex Protect Self-Defense Spray from a locally authorized reseller as per state requirements.
