Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and should not have been abused, altered, improperly stored or damaged. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If the return/refund/exchange is due to an error on our part, please contact us at customerservice@reflexprotect.com. Please include your name, order number, contact email and phone number, as well as a description of the error, and we will work with you to immediately correct the error.
If the return/refund/exchange is due to a product defect as covered in our
limited warranty policy, please contact us at
customerservice@reflexprotect.com. Please include your name, order number, contact email and phone number, as well as a description of the defect, and we will replace your item(s) immediately.
For all other returns, p
lease send your return/refund/exchange request to customerservice@reflexprotect.com. Include your name, order number, and contact email and phone number, as well as explanation of your request. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return/ exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
